This is the instructions I have made of a Steam Tank Locomotive by Lars Mogensen at Togklodsen.dk
The big Train wheels is Big Ben Wheels - 30,4mm.

If you want to use original Lego wheels, you have to modify the suspension a little to make them run smoothly
